Building new homes is one of our favourite parts of what we do, and we enjoy knowing that our clients are left with their dream home when our job is complete. We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure every part of the process is understood, communicated and completed with the satisfaction of each person / family we connect with.
We have worked on many homes throughout Brisbane, our homes are unique to each and every client’s wants and needs. Our spaces are functional, practical and work well to suit our clients. Our expertise can assist specifically in layouts, open floor planning and indoor / outdoor entertaining. Subdivision & Build.
In the current market, many of our clients have decided to knock down a single home on a big block to create two stunning homes. If you are thinking of doing this process we have a clear understanding of the process and can assist you with connecting the dots each step of the way. We are more than happy to connect you with town planners, engineers and architects to assist with the process and to ensure you make the most of each block once it is divided. Subdivision is something we here at GANT Constructions are very passionate about. We enjoy working on two projects that we know will offer a home for our clients along with a long term investment or short term win for our clients. RENOVATING.
Along with our exceptional builds, we offer a range of renovation services. We are a team of passionate tradesmen who enjoy improving current homes, whether it’s a new kitchen or new bathrooms, wardrobes, or even adding on additional rooms and spaces to an existing home we can do it all. We are experienced in home improvements across many various builds whether it’s a unique Queenslander or a 80’s brick home, we are happy to assist.
